Vera Mildred Kernohan

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital with family by her side on May 26, 2025, Vera Mildred Kernohan passed away at the age of 98. Devoted wife of the late Glen Franklin Kernohan. Proud mom of the late Diane Dejean, Carol (Norman) Langlois, and Marilyn (Brian) Morrison. Dear grandma of Jessica Smith of Geneva, Switzerland, Kevin (Monica) Dejean of Delaware, Ontario, Kyle (Chantal) Morrison of Porcupine, Ontario, and Jordan (Jessica) Morrison of Porcupine, Ontario. Adored great-grandma of Hudson and Archer Smith, Vanessa and Austin Dejean, Kolton and Soleille Morrison, and James Morrison. Special grandma of Mike Dejean, Lauren and Ryan Dejean. Mildred will be missed by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

Visitation will take place at DENNING’S OF FOREST on Saturday May 31^st, 2025, from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. A private family interment will take place at Beechwood Cemetery. 

In memory of Mildred, donations may be made to the Forest United Church, Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, or to Diabetes Canada.
