Obituary of Arthur Mabee

Arthur Mabee passed away peacefully at his home on October 14, 2025, at the age of 65.

Arthur will be deeply missed by his housemates, friends, and the SFA Port Franks family, with whom he shared over 27 years of connection, care, and community.

Arthur lived life with a quiet but unmistakable joy. He loved being outdoors—walking for hours or being pushed in his wheelchair—taking in the world with a calm spirit and a deep, observant gaze. He had a remarkable ability to express kindness without words, his sparkly eyes reflecting the gentle strength and warmth he carried every day.

Those who knew Arthur will remember his peaceful presence, his resilience, and the subtle ways he shared love with those around him.

Friends are welcome to join us for a funeral service that will take place on Thursday, October 23, at 10:30 a.m. at Denning’s of Forest, followed by interment and a reception at The Legacy Recreation Centre, Thedford.
