Frank Joseph Hadash of Rodney passed away January 16, 2005 at Four Counties Health Services in his 96th year. Loving father of Gordon of Rodney. Valerie (Joseph) Klocek of Little Valley, MY, and Richard (Sharon Little) of Rodney. Survived by sisters Sophie Golaski of St Paul and Edna (Arnold) Ness of Northfield. Minn. Sadly missed by grandchildren Michael Klocek, Michele (Scott) Compton, Alicia, Mark,,Roger, Gavin, Melanie and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Euphrosina Dickhausen, Mary Cebulla, Evelyn Stricker, and brothers Michael and Edward. Born March 5, 1909 in Browerville, Minn. to the late Ann (Perish) and Albert Hadash, Frank grew up on his family farm. As a young man. he worked in his Uncle Charlie's general store in Hadashville, Manitoba. A business owner, sheet metal worker, and welder, he lived in Detroit, California, and Florida. He returned to farming in 1951, settling in Rodney, where he specialized in tobacco and farmed for over 50 years. Frank enjoyed good company and believed in the benefits of wheatgrass juice and pyramids. A gifted handyman, he also had a great sense of humour. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Padfield's Funeral Home. Thank you to the staff of Beattie Haven, Four Counties and University Hospital.
