Dear Frances, I was so sorry to read about Bob passing away. I wanted to thank you both for such great memories I have as a child visiting you and Bob (especially on Halloween). Your kindness and generosity to our family will not be forgotten. Sincerely, Rene Vandenbrink (Bill and Margaret Vandenbrink's granddaughter)

Dear Aunt Frances. Bob and I were so saddened to see in the London Free Press today, on the internet, while here in Casa Grande, Arizona that Uncle Bob had passed away. He put up a good fight, and suffered for quite some time, but now he is at rest and at peace. Seeing you, Aunt Frances and Uncle Bob together, was like seeing two peas in a pod - you were, it seems always together and almost inseparable. The time has come for him to be with his Lord and his family who has gone on before him. Our deepest sympathy to you today and be strong as you have a multitude of family and friends who care about you. Our regrets are that we are not there for you today and tomorrow. Please let my little sis, Earla give you an extra hug from the two of us. Much love, Doreen & Bob xxx

Dear Frannie, We are so sorry to hear of Bob's loss. Though we haven't seen you recently you and Bob are always thought of fondly and with love. Most of my favourite memories are of visiting the farm drinking that wonderful well water, being chased by cranky geese, curling up in a red leather chair and warming up by that immaculate wood stove in the kitchen. I loved it when Bob would take me to the barns to see the cows and pigs, and sometimes even let me 'help' with the hay. He was a truly good man and will be much missed by all who had the good fortune to know him. I'm sorry that I can't be there for the funeral, but please know that you are much in my and my family's thoughts and prayers. All our love, Karen, Mark, Amaya and Kira
