Ross, Lorne Phillip

Peacefully at Bluewater Health Palliative Care on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at 10:36PM, Lorne Phillip Ross passed away at the age of 91. He was born in Grimsby, Ontario to the late Phillip Lorne Ross and Martha Ellen Williams, April 27, 1928. He is survived by his beloved wife of 73 years, Bernice Florence (nee Burrows). Loving father of Philip George Ross of Lambton Shores, Gloria Jean (late Barry Wayne) Shortt of Sarnia, Mary Ellen (Jerry) Loughren of Frisco, TX and David Lorne (Tanya) Ross of Midland, MI. Cherished Grandfather of Phil (Wendy) Ross, William (Karen) Ross, the late Jason Ross, Cory Ross, Terry Ross, Greg (Kathy) Shortt, Jeff (Andrea) Shortt, Shelley (Scott) Shortt, Stephen Loughren, Tyler Ryder and Rebecca Ross. Great-grand father to eleven and Great-great grandfather to four.   Lorne was a dedicated and longtime member (10/7/1957) of the Pipefitters Union Local 663. Cremation has taken place.
