Obituary of Max Rombouts

Max Adrian Rombouts was born into a world of love on May 7th 2017 and spent just over two years changing the world of the family who loved him tirelessly. Max passed away after a constant battle with Leukemia on Thursday, June 6th, 2019. “Miracle Max” will be forever imprinted on the hearts of his parents Kevin and Jamie Rombouts of Thedford and his adoring brothers Zachary and Hudson Rombouts. Max was the adored grandson of Jane (Pete, 2008) Rombouts and Jerry and Brenda Mulligan. Max’s memory will be cherished by his aunts and uncles Peter (Lisa) Rombouts, Joanne (Graham) Saunders, Donna (Rob) Vandewetering, Amanda Rombouts, Mike Mulligan, Ryan (Kylee) Mulligan. Cousins Erica, Bradley, Avery and Rachel Rombouts; Taylor, Mason and Austin Saunders; Derek, Kirsten and Morgan Vandewetering; Myles Amos. Max will be remembered fondly by all of his great aunts and uncles. “Miracle Max” left a 100 year mark in 2 years and will remain in the memories of everyone who he met. All of those who loved him will gather for a visitation at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Forest, Ontario (68 Union St.) on Sunday, June 9th from 2-5pm and 6-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Christopher’s on Monday, June 10th at 11am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. All are asked to wear their “Team Max” t-shirts if you have one to the visitation and funeral. A very special thank you to the outstanding oncology team and the B6-100 and PMDU nurses/staff all at Children’s Hospital in London.
