Robert “Bob” George King

After a brief hospital stay, then returning to his home at the Mount Hope Long-Term Care Centre in London, Ontario, Bob passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, aged 70 years.  Predeceased by sister Barb Kingdon (2011).  Brother to Ron King (Janice).  Brother-in-law to Ron Kingdon (Betty).  Uncle to Darryl (Sarah) Kingdon, Melissa (Ben) McCann, and Joe (Keri) Kingdon.  Great-uncle to Hanna, Jack, Claire, Nick, Isabella, Noah, Liam and Danielle.  Son of the late George (2003) and Marion (2008) King.  Born in Petrolia June 7, 1949 and raised on a farm in Plympton Township, Bob was a very quiet, reserved and independent man with a passion for old cars, trucks and tractors.  Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life will be held at DENNING'S OF FOREST, 9 James Street South, Forest, on Saturday, November 23, 2019, from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.   Online condolences may be left at www.forestfuneralhome.com   Funeral arrangements entrusted to DENNING’S OF FOREST
