I worked with Charlie late in 1990’s. At work, he added joviality with a smidgeon of mischief. He had a great deep laugh that resonated through the office. I loved to hear about his latest adventures, his family, and his creature collection. I feel blessed that I got to work with him. His warmth, his genuine caring, and his acceptance of others are traits that I saw in Charlie.
I cannot imagine the magnitude of your loss. I hope your memories of Charlie will help you heal.
I worked with Charlie at Lambton GS and really enjoyed talking about astronomy and science with him. I imported his telescope from the US and he gave me some meteorites as a thank you. My condolences to the family. He will be missed.
