I remember Ed when we were on the walk to Ottawa. I can still see the proud look on his face standing by side the the Ottawa sign. He was standing so very proud and the look of accomplishment on his face filled my heart with such joy. Ed was the best Uncle a Niece or Nephew could have. He passed on lots of wisdom to my daughter Sabrina everytime they got together. Something that she will pass on to her children in his memory. When Ed was younger he had a passion for foot ball and he was on his high school football team. He was not that big in weight but he sure could stand his ground on the field. He had a heart of gold for his family and would do anything to make them happy. Ed walked with the Lord for many years with his wife by his side but he also was connected to his traditional ways. Living on the army base in Stoney point where he taught his boys the way of surviving in the bush. When I would go visit him he always welcomed me with open arms and that big smile of his. He will be missed but never forgotten always in my heart. Bonnie Misquaddis /Michael Cameron
