Obituary of Stuart Richard Cooke

COOKE, Mr. Stu 

Stu grew up in Toronto with his big brother Tom (Feb 2021). He was raised by his wonderful mother, Eleanor (Nov 2020).

Stu had many loves - his Mom, his friends, cars, music, travel, Toronto Maple Leafs, to name but a few.

Fast forward....

Stu met Sue, fell in love, got married and they moved to London where they raised their amazing children, Michael, David and Emily. Life was busy.

Fast forward....

The kids fell in love, got married (Michelle, Mallory and Jon) and they had amazing children, Kennedy, Jackson, Molly and Charlie.. to be continued?

Fast forward....

Stu retired, moved to his happy place on the “resort”. Life wasn’t as busy which gave him opportunity to enjoy time with Sue, his kids, his grandkids, his Mom and Marvellous Martin, many friends (old and new), cars (old and new), music (old), travelling and of course watching The Leafs.

Dr Karen Hahn and her outstanding team helped Stu through the last couple of years, allowing him quality time to say his goodbyes but even she couldn’t keep him going long enough to see The Leafs bring home The Cup.

Stu will be sorely missed but never forgotten. He enriched the lives of his family and friends and is much loved.
