Joy was the epitome of what it means to be a mother. She was also one of the finest people I have ever known. May she truly rest in peace. I am forever greatful. Jennifer
I was so sad to hear of Joy's passing. We were friends from the time we were kids. That would mean over 75 years we have stayed in touch with each other. We had such fun times together. My family lived in Forest so when Tom and Joy were there we got to visit with them as well. It was Joy who introduced me to my late husband Gerry. Thanks to her we had 58 wonderful years of marriage. Gerry and I loved to meet Joy in Sarnia and go for lunch at Olive's restaurant. We also kept in touch by some very long telephone calls relating what was happening with our families.
