Obituary of Velda Elizabeth McKay

Velda Elizabeth McKay sadly passed away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday March 2, 2023 at North Lambton Lodge in Forest, Ontario in her 95th year.

Velda is survived by her loving nieces Marilyn (Jonathan) Robinson, Barb Bartholomew, Linda (Don) Levesque and Nephew Glen Magee. She is fondly remembered by her great-nephew Chris (Kristy) Ravell and great-niece Amanda (Scott) Robertson and grand-nieces Meagan and Shae Ravell and grand-nephew Fletcher Robertson.

She is pre-deceased by her parents Joseph and Violet (nee' Lucas) McKay and her dear sister Dorothy Magee and  nephew Larry Bartholomew.

Velda was a long-time member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church,and Rebekah Lodge. 

A visitation for Velda will be held on Tuesday March 7th from 1pm - 2pm at DENNING'S OF WATFORD.  A Celebration of life will follow at 2pm.

Interment will follow at  St. James Cemetery, Watford, ON.

In memory of Velda, donations may be made to North Lambton Lodge in Forest or St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Watford.
