Our condolences to all the Dabroski family. I was on the Boyds ladies softball team and Jeanne was my coach. She was kind and fun and knew the game that is for sure. We had success and a ton of fun. I will never forget our time together. Most of all she was my friend all through life. Always time for a chat. My son brought up" Dibby Jeanne Chip Machine", best fries and burgers. Great memories. My aunt & uncle Sue & Gerry Koyle purchased the dibby jean chip machine around 25 years ago, and relocated it to St Thomas. I worked there for a few seasons as a teenager. Amazing memories. My aunt Sue passed away only a couple of weeks after Jeanne. May the legacy of the Dibby Jean echo in eternity

Our condolences to the family. Jeanne was like my second mom when growing up over the years. She made the best homemade dill pickles and had great strawberries covered in sugar stashed in the freezer that I remember eating like candy. Jeanne had a contagious smile that welcomed you but you never wanted to cross paths with her if you did something wrong. I will cherish the memories forever. RIP Love Jane & Neil

To All of the Dobroski Family, Sorry to learn the news of Jeanne. I fondly remember when the Dobroski clan moved into the Forest community.Jeanne was a classy, modern woman who had a career and raised a family. (unlike most mothers at the time) She was a great conversationalist who always made you feel special. I recall sitting beside her at a baseball game in Camlachie. She was so knowledgeable about the sport, while cheering, chirping and clapping. I inquired who she had come to see play and she replied she had just wanted to watch a good ball game. In more recent times, I had the privilege of helping Jeanne after she suffered injuries from a fall.I am grateful for the time I spent with her. We both enjoyed our workouts and she always showed up still looking classy! She spoke lovingly about her children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Very sorry that Pete and I cannot be in attendance to honour Jeanne with you all.Thinking of your family. Joy and Pete Vokes
