Obituary of Shelley Baxter

Shelley Ann Baxter passed away on July 15, 2023, at her home in Forest at the age of 63.  Devoted mother to sons Jeremy Baxter (Bobbi Weibel), and Jason Baxter (Brittany Munster).  Loving grandmother to Jake, Lily, Kane, Grayson, Bryson and Brooklyn. 

Survived by her sister Wanda Jans (Mike) and nieces, Lauren (fiancé JC) and Olivia.  Shelley will be missed by her uncle, Ken Matthews (late Bev) and aunt, Helen Matthews (late Ike).  Also survived by several cousins.

Shelley will be sadly missed by her best friend Vicki (Ryan) Haycock.  Shelley and Vicki were inseparable.  They took care of each other every day.  Vicki made Shelley’s life worth living and they were truly blessed to have each other. 

Shelley loved her sons with all her heart.  She was a great mom, grandmother, and mother-in-law.  She loved her grandchildren so much and would do anything for them in a heartbeat.  We take comfort in knowing that she is at peace and has been reunited with her parents.
