To the Dudman Family,
I just learned of Jack's passing and am sadden. He was always a gentleman and was respected by my family for years. I hope that you all will find comfort knowing that he is respected and has done a good job passing on his influence to you and our community. I and my family will always be thankful for what Dave done for us during a very trying time. Jack passed his compassion on for people to you.

Our condolences to the entire Dudman families.
Jack was a wonderful addition to our family. We enjoy his company and the many talks we have had over the years !
We had many great snowmobile rides together over the years so many stories to tell.
One trip we will never forget is with Rich, myself, Mark Colleen Kevin & Jack.
we were all in Cochrane and had did the big ride to the canyon and back.
Colleen and I were complaining about how sore our bodies felt after riding that day. Jack was sitting on the couch sipping a refreshment and we asked him ..
How do you feel Jack ? He looks at us and says I feel pretty good no aches or pains.
Jack was in his 80s we where in our 50s ..we never complained again while riding with Jack..
He out did us all.

I had the pleasure of working with Jack for quite a few years doing Toys for Kids at Christmas. After I organized the baskets Jack had me go with him and other Rotary members to deliver the toys and food hampers. They are my best Christmas memories. I'll miss him and his smile. I was very sorry to learn of Jack's passing, and send condolences to Jack's family and friends. I first met Jack in 1960, when the Forest Legion Pipe Band was just being formed. Jack had learned the art of drumming in the army and was a welcome edition to the band. Jack was the lead drummer and taught other perspective drummers for the band. Jack was always "upbeat" and was very supportive of other members of the band. Jack and I were the only two remaining members of the original band that first paraded in the Remembrance Day parade in 1960. We had recently spoke of those early years, and the good times together.
