I just learned of Howard's passing and sincerely regret that I did not get to see him at the Lodge. To all of Howard's family, please accept my condolences for your loss. Your Dad was the principal at Bright's Grove school in my first year of teaching. He was great at his job. I met up with him in the last year at euchre parties in Wyoming. Reading about his many careers, it is obvious he enjoyed people. Condolences to each of you.

Dwayne, Scott, Shawn and families -such a loss for all of you and for all of us who have known Howard for so many years. He was a friend, neighbour, curling buddy , a former colleague in the old days and an NLSS dad! Always lots of laughs and always able to cut to the chase . Howard never suffered fools! You were his pride and joy. He will sure be missed and is likely planning euchre tournaments in his new home!
