Aunt Sammy! She was wonderfully kind and tender hearted, bold and funny! I am so sad to hear she passed, she could at one time crochet like no other, and made delicious turkey soup and pickled eggs. I remember one time she came to our house started, singing ( she had a beautiful voice) to the music that was playing picked me up and started dancing, a memory I will treasure forever, and this is something I do with my nieces now, well the ones I can carry still haha, the kitchen is the best place to dance isn’t it?? .Although hadn’t seen her for close to 20 years, my heart is saddened and we had wonderful phone conversations about 5 years ago, I wish we hadn’t lost touch but I thought and prayed for her often. ❤️
