Obituary of John Lamont

LAMONT, JOHN MURRAY Passed peacefully at the Norman Site of Bluewater Health in Sarnia, supported by family and the wonderful nursing staff. Born November 13th, 1921, at Bethesda Hospital in London. Growing up in Broughdale, worked at Eaton, Yale and Towne Ltd. and Westminster Secondary School in London, then enjoyed many happy retirement years at Kettle Point. A consummate handy man, he could usually be found in either his workshop or garden. Loving husband of Elene R. Lamont, father of Gayle Dennison, grandfather of Melissa Dennison and Emily Baack, great grandfather of Jeffrey, Nicholas, Connor, Katherine, Chandler, Piper and Mackenzie. Predeceased by sisters Doris and Elsie, and brother Frederick. He will be sadly missed by friends, family and dear neighbors. Cremation has taken place.
