DICKINSON, Lois Althea
After a brief illness, Lois Althea Dickinson, 91 passed peacefully on Sunday November 22, 2015 at North Lambton Lodge, Forest Ontario in the presence of her niece Maribel and her great nephew AJ. God took our much loved Auntie as one of her favorite passages was read from the family Bible - Isaiah 41:10 - Fear not for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God, I will strengthen thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Lois is survived by one nephew and three nieces: Daryl (Josephine) Dickinson of Toronto; Lynne Phillips, Chilliwack BC, Melinda (Dennis) Pearson, Forest and Maribel (Hans) Roos of Forest. Lois was especially proud of her three great nephews and one great niece: AJ (Carol) Pearson and family, Dalton, Zavior, Brooke of Forest; Scott (Deanna) Roos and their twins Cobain & Aberdeen of Yellowknife NWT; Thomas Dickinson of Toronto and; Vicki (Frank) Boesterd and their daughter Trinity of Chilliwack, BC. Predeceased by her parents, AW & Lizzie (Rogers) Dickinson of Chilliwack BC; Brothers - Farley (Ruth) Dickinson of Vancouver BC and Perry (Violet) Dickinson, Chilliwack BC; Sister Belle (Harold) Hall of Forest and one Niece Sandra Dickinson of Chilliwack BC. Lois will be forever missed by family, friends and all who were lucky enough to be touched by her love. A celebration of Lois' life will be held in Chilliwack BC at a later date and inurnment will be in Chilliwack Cemetery on Mt Shannon overlooking the family farm where she was raised.
