I used to get Bill out of bed really early in the morning on his day off to go for breakfast. He taught me so much on those Saturday mornings that he offered so generously and freely. I now quote him often. Three Frogs Sitting On A Log is actually part of a lecture I give. He has touched struggling people all across Alberta now without ever having met them. Thank you Bill for your love. You will be missed.

Uncle Bill supported me and many others with his example and his guidance. He planted a lot of seeds over the years and he touched more lives than he can imagine. Each time I talked with him I came away feeling hopeful and prepared to take the next steps. I will miss his humour and perspective but I know he has left a rich legacy of action. Dearest Rose and family,
I cant tell you how deeply sorry I am for your tremendous loss of this wonderful man. I would like to tell you how that he played a tremendously important role in changing my life around and always had the right thing to say to me to help not only myself but so many many others. I will always remember him and his killer baby blues and his promise of life being better beyond my wildest dreams. I feel so blessed to have met him and to have shared part of my life with him. I know how he loved you all so much and I cant imagine this planet with out him, but I know he is in a much better place . What an incredible person to leave such a mark on so many of us! You will all be in my prayers.

Rose, Dawn, Wayne and all the family, we are so sorry of the passing of Bill. He was a such a great man. We will always have fond memories of our times spent together, Texas, Forest, Paradise Valley, London and every where in between.
