Anna, I thank the wonderful blessing from St.Raphael to have us meet.
I met you at 89 and shared so many good times with you teaching you the computer as we worked to put your beautiful work of poetry and writing onto this new technology you were so eager to learn. You were the best student! I loved every second with you. I treasure the stories you shared with me; you have the warmest of hearts. Your life is an inspiration to me. You are truly a beautiful beautiful soul and I miss you and have you in my thoughts often when I too write.
I hope to find some of your work to read again, I am so so proud of you.
love love love you Anna

To the family, and all who knew and loved Ms. Anna, I offer my condolences. Be assured that almighty God is
certainly aware of your painful feelings. The promises from His Word shows that he longs to remedy the despair in due time (Job 14:15). For now however, may God comfort and sustain you to get through this day and others to come.
(Isa 41:13)

Anna had a talent and a passion for writing that was very admirable. Her love of creating poems would keep her up sometimes into the wee hours, transfixed in front of her computer screen in her apartment. How many seniors are willing to learn how to use a computer in their late eighties? That was followed by getting onto Facebook!
Now we bid farewell to a woman who couldn't have loved the magic of the written word any more than she did.
Anna sends you her fondest wishes as follows.
May You Be Blessed
May you be blessed with all of these...
A time for work, a time for ease,
A treasure chest of happy memories,
With God's love felt, close beside you
Happy moments, hours of cheer,
The love of those you hold most dear,
All you desired, fulfilled, many a year,
With God's love to always guide you.
Anna, you will long be remembered.

Deepest sympathies to all family of Anna,
I have fun memories of Anna as a youngster through the Douglas family and then as a teenager through the Marriott family. She was always a vibrant personality and a creative, larger than life character. She will be missed by many.
Peace to all.

Anna was such a dear and special friend (that was always more like family). We will miss her always and will cherish many special memories. Very thankful to have had her in our life and will remember her as a wonderful woman that loved farming, sweet peas, kitty cats, and the color purple ❤

What a wonderful Lady she will be missed. I lived across the street from Anna for years and kept in touch with her since moving from Forest to Petrolia.
We made frequent visits to Lambton Lodge and enjoyed talking about the good times we had together. I will miss her smiling face.
