Our sincere condolences to all the family of Eric. He will be remembered for the wonderful food he created and hard work it took to be a successful chef in and around our community. I am so sorry to hear of Eric's passing. We shared a number of years together in Victoria Lodge No. 56. He was especially supportive of a fundraising effort after Hurricane Catrina -- in one night of food and fun we raised over $600 for international relief. We got to know Eric through Noel & Katie's sharing and had the privilege to participate in the joyous occasion of Joanne and Eric's 40th wedding anniversary celebration on April 12, 2015. Eric & Joanne showed thoughtfulness and generosity in making us feel welcome in their family circle.
