Just heard of the passing of Edna Kee. Please accept my sincere condolences. I first met Edna as a young teenager that had just joined the London Ski Club. I could tell right away that she had a passion for LSC, and as I got older, I would always meet her at any Ski Club function I managed to get to. That's when I started to realize just how involved she was with everything LSC. We are hoping to soon put a history book of the London Ski Club together (in which she will certainly be recognized - I hope her surviving relations will help us by saving all her old LSC momentos , photos and documents.

Please accept my condolences on the death of your dear Edna. I met her through the London Ski Club at many Voting Member events. She was such a great lady and an inspiration to all of us. Edna was present when the new Operations Centre opened at the renamed Boler Mountain. As the oldest Voting Member present, we had her help cut the ribbon. A photo of that proud moment is hanging in the Main Chalet, and I remember delivering a copy to Edna. When we were lobbying the City of London for a grant to do the electrical substation in the Operations Centre, Edna assisted by visiting the Mayor's office to make a pitch. We got the grant. Thank you, Edna for all that you did to make the London Ski Club and Boler Mountain such a great community facility. We are forever in your debt. Jan DeRose
