So very sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. He was a great friend and enjoyed his many funny times. I remember him taking me for a plane ride and thought I hope he doesn’t fly the way he drives a car. We had a great time RIP My friend

Our deepest sympathies. I was away for 2 months and just now home to hear this sad news. Dan had a great smile and was so kind. We will hold him dear in our hearts.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my friend Dan. Dan and I worked together for many years and he was kind enough to introduce me to back country camping in Algonquin Park. We took many trips into the interior of the park and Dan told many stories. Some stories he told many times over. I am in his debt for introducing me to this activity and will be embarking on my 20th trip this year. I always think of him when I am there and will continue to thinking of him with each future trip.
My sympathies to Cathy, Ryan and family. Dan was a good family man and he spoke of all of you with pride. I will miss him.

interesting conversation during family gatherings. He loved to talk about politics, construction and family, although not necessarily in that order.

Dan was a good Friend and neighbor. There weren’t many times that he and Larry didn’t get together when we were up to the lake. Those conversations and Dan himself will be sorely missed by both of us.
