Like so many, I loved Helen Tait.
Ted and Helen attended the St. John's Anglican Church Glencoe and they connected with kids.
Later when I was a teenager, we both worked in the dispensary of Verne and Ina Nelms' Rexall Drugstore in Glencoe. She was a wonderful colleague. She always had a little wink and a joke. She was one of those special people that made you feel like you were their only and best friend.
Our condolences to the family. She lived a great life!!
Sincerely,
Mary Simpson and Ross Snider

Helen, you will be missed very much. We will always remember you feeding Nicholas and Kali bananas through our fence. You were always a kind and happy neighbour who was so generous and loving to all those in your circle. We loved you very much and missed you when we moved away. We did get a chance to visit when we came to town and that made us happy. Please give kali a cuddle for us and tell her to enjoy her bananas!!

McKinlay & Burnley Families ...
I offer my sincere condolences to each of you. Helen was a cherished part of my Mom's "Circle of Girlfriends" before marriage. Our family always enjoyed Helen & Ted's visits when they stopped by our farm or cottage. Helen was a wonderful woman with a fun sense of humour and strong passion for life. A woman of intelligence, beauty, grace, style and elegance - What a fabulous role model!
Helen and Jessie (King) inspired us all by their resilience and engagement of life long after they both experienced the loss of their "Forever Loves" ... Ted & Stanley. They both have shown us graciously how to live life well after such major loss.
It's hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember. I like to think Ted has been waiting patiently for you all these years - to take your hand ... for yet another twirl around the dance floor.
May the wonderful memories you share always hold a special place in your heart.
In Sympathy & Friendship
Nancy McCormick - Calgary, AB
