Obituary of Ronald Williamson

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Saturday, April 28th, 2007. Ronald James Williamson of Ravenswood (Lambton Shores) in his 58th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Phyllis (Moser). Loving father of Blair, Ashley and Carrie at home. Beloved son of Vera Miner (Neil Miner, 2005) of Forest and predeceased by father James Williamson (1976). Brother of Diane and Henri Haneault; children Robert and Leanne, Marion Williamson and Robert Burdett of Burlington; children Richard (Heather), Heather and Andrea, Allan and Christine Williamson of Forest; children Niccole, Jillian and Gwen. Also survived by one great niece, Gabrielle. Ron is remembered by his mother in law Dorothy Moser and by his sister in law Joyce and Robert Holland; children Melissa and Karen. Ron was a proud farmer alongside his brother for many years in Bosanquet. He also served for 36 years as a Park Warden at Ipperwash and Pinery Provincial Parks. Visitation will be held at the Ronn E. Dodge Funeral Home in Forest (9 James St. S at Watt St.) on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at the Forest United Church on Thursday, May 3rd at 11am with Rev. Christine O'Reilly officiating. Interment to follow at Ravenswood Cemetery.
