Obituary of Malcohlm McVicar

Peacefully at Fiddick's Retirement Home in Petrolia on Thursday, April 6, 2006 in his 89th year. Malcohlm Nevin Currie McVicar, predeceased by his loving wife Doris Jean (Foster)(1998). Currie will be remembered by his children, Ron McVicar (Helen) of Corunna, Jack McVicar (Ina Mae) of Alvinston and Margaret Cox (Bernard) of Okotoks, Alberta. Survived by grandchildren Heather Hart, Laura Heggie and Meghan Schenk, Bradley McVicar, Shelley Sanders and Jackie McVicar and predeceased by Samuel Ivan Cox. Great grandfather to Jenna, Logan, Jason, Claire, Emma, Grace and Ryan. Currie was a proud member of the Havelock Masonic Lodge # 238 since May,1951. Friends and family will be received at the Harper Funeral Home in Watford, on Sunday, April 9th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Havelock Masonic Lodge # 238 will hold a memorial service at the Funeral Home at 7pm on Sunday evening. Funeral Service will be held from the Harper Funeral Home on Monday, April 10th, 2006 at 1pm with Rev. Christine O'Reilly officiating. Interment to follow at St. James Cemetery. .
