My sincerest sympathy to all of the McKellar and Scott families. I first met Barb when Dean and I moved back to Forest in 2020 .Barb kindly welcomed me and introduced me to her quilting group. She took me in as a friend and introduced me to more friends and some of her family. We shared other interests such as books and jigsaw puzzles. Good bye, Barb.. I'll miss you so much. Connie Percy

When we visited from out West, Barb (& all the family relatives) made us feel so welcome and part of the family. She was always so loving, caring and kind. When I first moved to Forest in 1959 as the Principals daughter and the new girl, Barb immediately introduced herself and became a friend. Through her I made more friends and really enjoyed my 2 yrs at FDHS. Iwill always be grateful to Barbara for her friendship at a difficult time for me.

My sympathy to all Barb's family. We shared a friendship of nearly 75 years, starting at Jura school. I am so sad to hear of her death. We stayed in touch all these years, even if we didn't see each other very often. God bless you as you mourn the loss of this lovely, talented and caring woman.
