Obituary of Melinda Pearson

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Lois “Melinda” Pearson, in her 78^th year, at home after a long illness. Daughter of Harold and Belle Hall. Sister to Maribel (Hans) Roos. Loving wife to Dennis Pearson, marrying her neighbour and hockey player, in 1967. Mother of AJ (2022) (Carol). Much loved Grandma to Dalton (Cayleigh), Brooke, and Zavior. Special “Nin” to many nieces, nephews, lifelong friends and their children.

Trained as a nurse and administrative social worker, Melinda loved to look after everyone else. She was the best hostess and cook. She was most comfortable being at home visiting with family and friends in her final years.

Cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to follow at a later date.
